The challenge

Unify learning, competition, proof of work, and hiring in a single developer platform without feeling like four disconnected products, while supporting live sprints, scoring, credentials, and organization-side hosting.

The approach

We engineered HackSprint on Next.js and React for a fast, modern interface, with Node.js powering platform logic around courses, sprints, profiles, and hiring flows. The experience is staged as a clear journey: learn, compete, build a profile, interview, and land the offer.

What we built

    Structured tracks from beginner to advanced, taught by working engineers, including sprint-prep courses that unlock competition pathways.

  • Live hackathons & sprint dashboards

    Time-boxed sprints with participant stats, submissions, leaderboards, and live activity so builders compete in real time.

    Every course, submission, score, and badge compounds into a portfolio recruiters can trust, not a cold resume.

  • Credentials & badges

    Certificates, achievement badges, and shareable proof for courses, hackathons, and interviews that stay on the public profile.

  • AI interviews & job portal

    Top performers can be assessed on technical depth and communication, then matched to companies hiring from hackathon results.

  • Organization hosting

    Enterprise paths for companies to host hackathons, evaluate builders, run AI interviews, and hire from the same platform.
